We accept returns for any reason but these please read and
follow the instructions below.
- We do accept returns if for any reason you are unhappy
with your order.
- Please read our refund policy carefully:
- We must receive e-mail notification requesting a refund
within 3 days of receiving your order.
- In the email please state the reason for the refund
request.
- Please do not just return the merchandise without e-mailing,
we will not be able to accept the return.
- After receiving the email request we will give you
instructions on where to send the return.
- Once the merchandise is returned to us, in it's original
condition, we will refund your original purchase price by the
same method that your payment was made.
- Ex: If you paid by Pay Pal, your refund will be Pay Paled
back to you, checks will refund checks etc.
- All returned merchandise must be in it's original condition,
no merchandise that shows signs of wear, alteration or laundering
will be accepted.
- Special orders, wholesale orders and custom made items will
be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- You may also request an exchange for a different item or
credit toward a future purchase.
- Return shipping is not refundable.
- Any returns received that do not adhere to this policy will
be refused and returned to the sender.
There may be exceptions to this policy in the cases of items
given as gifts, or if you have other questions?
