Here is how it works:

When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of our receiving your order. Our business days are Mon- Friday excluding Holidays. So, for example, we receive your order on Monday, your order would ship by Wed. If you place an order on Thursday, it most likely would be Monday before your order would ship.

What are the exceptions to the 2 business day shipping?
Any of our Flame wraps in which the flames are appliqued on, Custom Flame wraps, Special orders, orders over 10 wraps and wholesale orders.

What are the time tables for those?
Orders between 10 and 20 wraps generally will take 3 business days, flame wraps take from 3 to 5 days and special orders depend on various circumstances. The time table for wholesale order can be found here

Why do you no longer offer free shipping worldwide?
Due to the newest postal rate increase which is based on size as well as weight our shipping cost have doubled so we are no longer able to offer free shipping.

Will you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship Internationally but International postage rates will now apply.

Will you mark custom forms as "gift"?
No, we will not. We are more than happy to ship to our International customers, however, the customer is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes imposed by their country. Customs forms will be marked as merchandise.

What "value" do you put on the Custom Forms?
We value your package at the actual cost that you paid for your merchandise minus shipping charges.

What method of shipping do I have to choose from?

There are now 3 options for shipping when you check out. You can choose:
USPS First Class
USPS Priority Mail
International First Class

4-6 Items: $4.25
7-9 Items: $5.50
10 or more items: $6.25

USPS Priority Mail:
1-3 Items: $5.45
4-6 Items: $6.75
7-9 Items: $8.25
10 or more items: $9.25


International Mail:

International First Class:
1-3 Items: $4.75
4-6 Items: $6.90
7-9 Items: $9.00
10-13 Items: $10.50
14 items or more: $12.00


What if I buy 3 items and get 1 free, does my free item count as an item in the shipping calculation?

No, your free items will not be counted as an item. Please read the instructions for claiming your free item here.
